- Every plan starts with a short setup call — we configure the assistant with your services, prices and rules. Setup often takes just a few days.
- Calls are forwarded from your existing number. No new hardware, no new phone provider.
- For businesses in the EU, UK and Switzerland we work under a written agreement with a data processing agreement (DPA). We have a DPA template and a sub-processor list — ask us and we'll send them.
FAQ
How are minutes counted?
By the length of each conversation the assistant handles. You see every call, its recording, transcript and duration in your dashboard.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for Pay-as-you-go, Starter or Professional. Enterprise bespoke integrations may include a setup fee — quoted individually.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing month.
How many minutes are included in the plans?
We don't publish fixed allowances — we size the minutes on the setup call so you don't overpay. Use the calculator to estimate your minutes.
