Who we are

Synthropia LLC (“Synthropia”, “we”, “us”) operates this public marketing website and demo onboarding surfaces (including synthropia.ai, synthropia.pl, synthropia.net, synthropia.eu, demo.synthropia.ai, demo.synthropia.pl, demo.synthropia.net, demo.synthropia.eu, and related pages).

Registered address: 8 The Green, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States.

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights (including requesting deletion of your data), email cto@synthropia.ai.

This policy is meant to be easy to read; it is not legal advice.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to information collected through this marketing website and our public demo onboarding websites listed above. If you become a Synthropia customer, separate agreements (such as an order form, MSA, or DPA) govern product and service data.

Self-serve subscriptions are not offered in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland except under a written enterprise agreement. See our Terms of Service for availability.

Information we collect automatically

Our hosting and content delivery network (Cloudflare) receives technical data when you load a page—for example IP address, approximate country, browser type, referring page, time, and requested URLs. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the site.

We may infer your approximate region (for example EU vs. non-EU) via Cloudflare and cache that result in browser local storage under the key synthropia-region for up to 24 hours to show relevant pricing notices. This is not used for advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

Strictly necessary: we store a first-party cookie synthropia-currency when you choose a display currency (USD, EUR, or PLN) for up to one year. It is not used for advertising.

On contact pages we use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. Turnstile may set cookies or use browser storage as described in Cloudflare’s documentation.

Analytics (optional in the EU/EEA/UK/CH): if you are in those regions, we load Google Analytics 4 and Apollo.io only after you accept analytics in our consent prompt. Your choice is stored in local storage as synthropia-analytics-consent for up to 12 months. If you decline, those tools do not load.

Outside those regions, analytics may load without that prompt, subject to your browser settings.

Analytics and third-party scripts

Google Analytics 4 (when enabled for your deployment) helps us understand page visits and interactions such as pricing interest, demo engagement, currency changes, and contact form field engagement (field names only—never message contents). Google processes data under Google’s terms and privacy policy.

Apollo.io’s website tracker helps us understand how businesses discover our site (for example page views and company-level insights). Apollo processes data under its own policies.

Contact form engagement events sent to GA4 include field_name and form_surface only, not the text you type.

Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

Where GDPR applies: we process necessary site data on legitimate interests (security, operation, fraud prevention). Contact form data is processed on legitimate interests to respond to your inquiry, or on consent where you tick the form checkbox. Analytics in the EU/EEA/UK/CH is processed only with your consent when you accept analytics.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. Service providers such as Cloudflare, Google, and Apollo may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or provider certification under applicable transfer frameworks.

Contact and demo forms

If you submit our contact form or DemoSynthropia onboarding form, we collect the fields you provide (such as name, email, company details, website, preferred call time, and message/onboarding details) and send them to our form endpoint at forms.synthropia.net. We use this information to respond to your request and, if relevant, to follow up about Synthropia products or services. We do not sell your personal data.

We typically retain form submissions and related correspondence for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or an active business relationship.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information.

Your choices and rights

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser; some features (such as remembering currency or analytics preferences) may not work without them.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email cto@synthropia.ai to exercise these rights.

If you are in the EEA and believe we have not addressed your concern, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Polish visitors may contact the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). California residents may have additional rights under the CPRA; we do not sell personal information. To opt out of analytics “sharing” where applicable, decline analytics cookies or email us.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 through this site.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
